Collection Activities
Home Plus Finance Private Limited (HPFL) does not engage any external recovery agents or recovery agencies for loan collection or recovery activities.
All collection and recovery activities are carried out exclusively by authorized employees of HPFL.
Each authorized employee:
Carries a valid HPFL Employee Identity Card while performing collection activities.
Acts in accordance with the RBI guidelines, HPFL’s Fair Practices Code, and the Code of Conduct.
Is authorized only to communicate with customers regarding their loan repayment obligations.
Is prohibited from using coercive, abusive, intimidating, or unfair recovery practices.
Verification of Collection Personnel
Customers may request the employee to produce their official HPFL Identity Card before discussing any loan-related matter.

Future Appointment of Recovery Agents
If HPFL appoints any external recovery agencies or recovery agents in the future, the list of such authorized agencies/agents will be published on this website/Digital Lending Application before they commence recovery activities.
